And by 'forever,' I mean:
Me, your forever fan. You two, forever together. And the sweetness in your story, forever frozen in time.
it's a 'yes' from me
A: Something I can't live without? Easy. My JBL speaker. That little guy is on me at all times to set the mood for couples portraits, start the party for wedding photos, and keep the vibes alive and well throughout the day.
A: Short answer? Something that is comfortable and feels like you. When you book with me, you will also receive a guide that helps you plan your entire sessions. From outfit selection to location guidelines to session mood boards: I've got you covered.
A: Here's the deal. I will never leave you feeling awkward or unsure of yourself in front of the camera, but I won't tell you how to act either. My approach is very much to document what is directly in front of me-- who you are, not who I tell you to be. While I will always offer guidance when you ask for it, I do what I do best when you two focus on simply being in the moment together.
A: Coffeesmith is a staple in my family's weekly routine. It is set in an old Victorian house, which automatically sets such a nostalgic vibe (which we all know I LOVE), and their lavender latte is what dreams are made of.
A: You can usually catch my husband and I watching the sunset on our patio. A weekend off is a rarity around here, and I make sure I soak up every minute of time with my two little girlies. We especially love to spend time at the park or drawing chalk!
A: I shoot your wedding day on two different memory cards so that I automatically have two copies of every moment, no matter what. As soon as I get home from your wedding, I back your entire wedding up with two separate hard drives, giving me FOUR total copies of your wedding day (did I say I was a play-it-safe-girlie at heart, or did I say it?). All of my hard drives and memory cards are further stored in a fireproof safe.
Be sure to ask every single wedding photographer you interview this very question. It's important.
A: Every session and wedding is different. Here is what I can promise you: If I have a good photo, I will deliver it. But here's a good ballpark for you-- Couples and engagement sessions will receive anywhere from 60-120 photos, whereas my general guideline for weddings is 50-100 photos per hour of coverage. You can locate more specifics on my Investment Page!
A: Absolutely, yes! I love to travel and would be so honored to go wherever your love story takes me. Every destination is different, and travel fees will inevitably vary, so contact me for a custom quote and to discuss your unique plans!
A: The only way I'm missing your wedding day is if I fall ill or an emergency comes up, in which case I would contact you immediately and find a trusted associate to shoot your wedding day in the same way I would. All of your editing and gallery delivery would still be done by me!
A: You sure can. I provide full galleries for
you to check out upon request! You are also welcome to check out The Lookbook for more of my work :)
